Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD)

G1P0. Patient presents for Tertiary level scan after a 32 week growth scan in the community revealed enlarged echogenic kidneys and oligohydramnios. Our scan confirmed this with a diagnosis of Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease.
The baby was born in poor condition with a heart rate of 80bpm. The baby died 36 minutes after birth.
