Cystic Hygroma

Lymphatic malformations with large lymphatic spaces.
Solitary cystic hygromas may be seen in young adults in the submandibular region and the posterior triangle. It is believed that these are usually post-traumatic rather than congenital.
Present as a painless compressible mass
